MyHandyNet is not a non-profit business. Why, because non-profit businesses must abstain from all political campaigning and can only engaging in limited lobbying. MyHandyNet is from the community of people with a disability and for the community of people with a disability. Therefor as a representative MyHandyNet campaigns and lobbies for the needs and rights of people with a disability, their family and caregivers. Additionally, a non-profit business is always organized as a non-stock corporation. A goal of MyHandyNet is to employ as many talented people, with a disability, as possible. MyHandyNet employees will earn stock and in turn will own a part of the company. As the company grows so will the numbers of employees and the value of their stock.
