Description
The ACCESS Trainer fills a vitally important need for all Fitness and Rehabilitation centers... a quality wheelchair accessible device that doubles as an able bodied trainer!
The ACCESStrainer wasdesigned to facilitatecompliance with the
Americans with DisabilitiesAct without sacrificingaesthetics or function.
Literally dozens of upper body exercises can be performed from the
wheelchair. A detailed exercise manual depicts a
complete workout regimen.
HIGH-LOW PULLEY SYSTEM WITH
SPLIT WEIGHT CABLING
Split weight cabling reduces the weight of the stations at the high/low pulleys by 50% and allows for extended cable travel. These stations now simulate the high-low pulleys found in all health clubs.
Examples of exercises:
1.Ab crunch and tricep extensions from the seated position.
2.Pec crossovers, rear delt pulls, and one arm rows from the standing position.
PRESSING STATION
Examples of exercises performed on this station are the vertical bench press and 45 shoulder press.
CONVERSION TO ABLE-BODIED MODE
With only one pull pin adjustment, the ACCESStrainer can be changed from disabled to able-bodied mode, sparing the expense and square footage required of dedicated wheelchair access machines.
